Your body is the controller.
Movus reads your movement through the iPhone's front camera and turns it into a game. Run, dodge, lean, swim and punch — no buttons, no wearables, nothing strapped to you.
The camera never records anything. Every frame is processed on your
phone and thrown away. No video, no photos, no images of you are stored or
uploaded — not to us, not to anyone. How that works →
The games
Move RushSprint a city street. Step, jump and duck the traffic.
SkyfallA wingsuit flown with both arms. Bank through the rings.
DownhillSnowboard the fall line. Lean to carve, crouch to tuck.
BoxingFirst person, both fists. Slip the counter, land yours.
It counts as a workout
Movus tracks calories, reps and streaks, and writes your sessions to Apple Health if you let it. Energy is estimated from your own body — the Mifflin‑St Jeor equation against the activity's measured intensity — rather than from a flat table.
What you need
- An iPhone running iOS 17 or later
- Somewhere to prop it up, and a couple of metres of space
- Room to swing your arms without hitting a lamp
